Flat Hill Constructions was established to challenge the way renovations are traditionally delivered.
After decades working within the industry, Scott saw the gaps. Poor communication. Disconnected design and build teams. Projects that drifted from the original vision.
We built a different model.
Today, every project is led by both construction and design from the outset. Structure, services, layout and finish selections are considered together, not in isolation.
Kirstin leads design direction and client communication. Scott leads construction execution and site management. Our wider team supports each stage with clear documentation, coordination and on-site precision.
The result is clarity. Control. And renovations that are carefully resolved from concept through to completion.
